"The Creator" is a tool that supports developing, staging and game-mastering pervasive games. It has been evaluated commercially by Company P in two projects: "The truth about Marika" and "Conspiracy for Good". .
Conspiracy For Good was an Alternate Reality Game, which climaxed in four pervasive street games in London late summer 2010. The background story for the game was that an evil multinational corporation, Blackwell Briggs, was trying to destroy a village in Zambia in order to gain profit from an oil pipe. .
The players were part of the conspiracy, which tried to disclose the atrocities of Blackwell Briggs. During the street games in London the players were wandering around the London in search for clues. The mundane environment and events were framed in a fictive angle through the game, shaping the experience of walking around the city into a collaborative story.
Pervasive games blur the boundaries of everyday life. Daily routines and environments can become part of the game in unexpected ways through playful imagination
